[…] He does not seek any surprising illusionism, but focuses on a stimulating rationality, oriented towards the visualisation of organic implications.

[…] Bonalumi causes the raised parts of his surfaces to move subtly, and only here and there is an exuberant object to be found, similar to an overhang. As a result, the soft sensuality that envelops the geometric shapes is accentuated and the deepest shadow that curves around it helps to bring it to life.
