modified Louis XV style of the late 19th century, bombé hardwood frame on curved legs with rosewood veneer, with outlined marquetry of additional precious woods in floral motifs, 2 drawers in so-called ‘sans traverse’ execution, moulded marble top with glued crack, c. 83.5 x 105 x 53.5 cm, several small veneer parts missing, signs of age and use.
