A group consisting of a “Constanze” settee and two “Constanze” armchairs, Model No. 3/4,
designed by Johannes Spalt in 1961 for Franz Wittmann, Austria, chromium plated section steel frame, black leather upholstery, settee: height 75 cm, length 190 cm, depth 74 cm or 110 cm as a daybed, height of seat 44 cm, chair: height 75 cm, width 76 cm, depth 70 cm, height of seat 44 cm. (DR)
This settee can be transformed into a daybed: when moving the seat forwards, the backrest folds back and simultaneously to the front, thereby shifting into a horizontal position.
