In the Musée des Beaux-Arts, Lille, there is a small panel that is attributed to Jean Honoré Fragonard which can be compared to the present painting both in terms of size and subject, as well as for its compositional choices and its palette (see: Catalogue sommaire illustré des peintures - Musée des beaux-arts de Lille, ed. by A. de Lavergnée, II, Paris, 2001, cat. no. P 329).
