On the occasion of a collaboration between Christopher Wool and Felix Gonzales-Torres for the 1993 exhibition of Printed Matter at Dia/New York, the first copies of this poster were created. Exhibition visitors were allowed to take them home free of charge. The posters have been produced for exhibitions time and again since then.
