in 1957/58, for Fritz Hansen, an early model with distinctive shaft, x-shaped aluminium swivelling base, the polyester seat shell upholstered and covered with replaced black leather, height c. 105 cm, width c. 89 cm, depth c. 78 cm, height of seat c. 37 cm. (MHA)
Designed for the SAS Royal Hotels in Copenhagen, which were built by Arne Jacobsen between 1956 and 1960.
