c. 1970, for Venini, Italy, golden metal construction with ceiling suspension, turned rods of champagne coloured transparent glass in diverse colours, wired for ten lights. Height c. 60 cm, diameter c. 70 cm. Slight signs of age and use, scratches and abrasions, without guarantee for electrical fitting. (MHA)
As a result of the different characteristics of the glass rods, changes in the viewer’s perspective produce different reflections and refractions of light.
