STEEL IN ROTATION technology shows a new level of FiDU technology possibilities. Thanks to a high volumetric expansion ratio and an endless scaling, you can have either an architecture construction or a small functional and durable object. For example, FiDU profiles can have different forms, yet act as an one object. Product can take form of a table, a chair, a sculpture or a huge pavilion, thanks to its scalability. At the end we receive an artistic and beautiful, yet functional and durable object.
This chair is one of the representatives of the Steel in Rotation collection. Metal origami which you will find light as a feather. The symmetric form is beautiful manifestation of the volumetric expansion. The expanding potential for a tangible and solid object is one of the most important parameters in Oskar Zietas work. It combines bionics, technology, design and innovation, shedding new light on tomorrows world.
