Northwest Persia (Iran), c. 541 x 348 cm, c. 1940, oversized carpet from the Tabriz region with filigree lattice-work surface design with small trees of life and flowering shrubs, archaic looking is the open mint-green main border, good condition, slightly used with somewhat low pile in places, slight edge damage.
