Original 28.1 km!!!

On July 10, 2003, VW launched the production of the "Última Edición", the last edition of the legendary Beetle, which was limited to a run of 3,000 vehicles. This very last air-cooled Volkswagen Type 1 came in two exclusive colours, namely "Aquarius blue" and "Harvest moon beige" and had an engine with 50 HP. Another distinctive feature is its sumptuous decoration. Exterior mirrors, trim strips, headlight trim rings and wheel caps all shone in chrome. Above the handle of the bonnet there is a proudly enamelled Wolfsburg coat of arms while the wheels boast fancy white rimmed tyres.

A German beetle fan has secured one copy in blue and one in beige and both are mothballed in his garage. During the ordering process the buyer also requested the permanent corrosion protection package as well as a CD player. The beetles to all intents and purposes have never gotten their wheels dirty on the streets outside their garage. And this is exactly why the mileage indicator only shows a mileage of 28 km. The cars documents also reveal only a one-day registration from 2005. It looks as good as new, whether on the inside or the outside, and everything is as if it were new and unused. The new owner will certainly have to ask himself how he is going to enjoy his new beetle: Does he just want to look at it and sit in it, or does he want to catch the beetle bug and actually do some driving?
