Provenance:
formerly Collection of Prof. P. H. Plesch, with 2 labels on the reverse of the frame. Peter H. Plesch (1918 - 2013) was the son of physician Janos Plesch (1878 - 2013) (see cat. no. 20 above). Exhibition: Germany in Ferment Festival - art and society in Germany 1900-1935, Durham/Sheffield/Leicester 16.10 - 31.12.1970, with a label on the reverse of the frame.
