From the limited edition of four examples in this colour variant.

With this and another object designed by him, Patrick Rampelotto harks back to the famous ‘Knieschwimmer’ [‘Knee-Swimmer’] chair by Adolf Loos, reinterpreting it with new materials and thus endowing it with modern aesthetic qualities. Rampelotto was born in Italy and studied at the Vienna Academy of Applied Arts under Borek Sipek and Ross Lovegrove. Having worked for Reinhard Plank and EOOS, he founded his own studio, Ideas of Patrick Rampelotto, in 2009, followed by the Spazio Pulpo collective gallery in 2016. His work has been on view in such renowned institutions as the Vienna Museum of Applied Arts, the Hofmobiliendepot, the Vienna Museum of Modern Art, the Prague National Gallery, and the Hamburg Museum of Art and Design. He lives and works in Vienna.
