The object is in working order. With plug switch.
In 1961 Jean Tinguely gave Henk Peeters a certificate allowing him to make this work. It states: “Following this plan I ask you to construct or to have constructed this do-it-yourself-sculpture; and I regard the precisely executed result as an original work of mine.”
