The present drawing is the copy of a detail in Albrecht Dürer‘s woodcut "The Holy Trinity" of 1511 and may be from a German hand of the so-called „Dürerrenaissance“ around 1575. The inscription at the lower right margin may indicate the sheet‘s former owner from the 17th century.
