We are grateful to Professor Lionello Puppi for confirming the attribution on the basis of a digital photograph.
He dates the present paintings to around or shortly after 1750, when Diziani painted the frescoes for Palazzo Riccati Avogadro in Castelfranco and Palazzo Emo Capodilista in Padua.
