G-Model a magnificent, rare colour combination!

Porsche produced the 911 in an air-cooled design for over 40 years, perfecting its craft over time. The Stuttgart-based specialists launched their pièce de resistance, the Carrera with 3.2-litre engine, in 1983. Compared to the SC, it fulfilled the dichotomous tasks of being significantly more powerful, while at the same time noticeably more economical. Today, the 3.2-litre is considered the best G-model with naturally aspirated engine and continues to enjoy immense popularity and demand!

This Carrera 3.2 was exported to West New York, New Jersey, in August 1987. Its first owner had ordered the 911 in the magnificently beautiful and rare colour combination of marine blue metallic, combined with the equally unusual marine-beige leather. As an additional option, the Porsche was fitted with a Charleston radio, central locking, alloy rims, cruise control and a sunroof. Air conditioning was already a series feature at the time. The available service booklet shows that the Carrera only travelled moderate distances during its early years, which credibly and doubtlessly explains the 86,926 miles currently on the odometer. This impression is further substantiated by the condition of the vehicle, which was exported to Austria in 2010. The new owner can look forward to a Porsche in a rare, beautiful and individual colour combination, as well as to the Carrera 3.2 as the least troublesome and best of all G-models!
