Dominik Skutetzky portrayed several children from his family circle. A similar background and the patterned red carpet can also be found in the portrait of his daughter Karola from 1897, which is catalogued at Stredoslovenská Galéria SGB (Central Slovenian Gallery), Baska Bystrica, with inventory number O 25.
