One of fourteen complementary etchings for the Proverbios which were printed by Liénard in Paris and published by the newspaper L’Art in 1877. A very excellent, strong print with rich contrasts, slightly browned at the margins outside of the depiction, with some foxing, otherwise in excellent condition.
