The attribution of this interesting and rare drawing to Giovanni Girolamo Savoldo was suggested by Prof. Francesco Frangi and Prof. Marco Tanzi. Prof. Giulio Bora does not want to exclude an alternative attribution to Alessandro Bonvicino gen. il Moretto (1490–1554).
