oil and tempera on panel and on canvas, gold ground, shaped top, overall: 177 x 215 cm, painted surface: 156 x 61 cm (central panel), 138 x 65 cm (left and right canvas), diameter 16 cm (central medallions), 20 x 20 cm (left and right trefoil)

The present painting is registered in the Fototeca Zeri under the number 8339 (as Pisan, 14th Century).
An attribution to Tuscan School, 15th Century has been suggested for the four medallions of the evangelists.
