in so-called demilune form, France, last quarter of the 18th century, oak structure, rosewood veneer, marquetried with diverse partly dyed precious woods in the form of musical instruments, quiver with arrows and floral motifs, polished finish, two drawers, two doors, supplemented moulded marble top, 86 x 98 x 54 cm, in restored condition, partly supplemented bronze mounts gilt at a later date, one door slightly warped.
