The situation is different with „Mülheim an der Ruhr“, „Sonntagsspaziergänger“, „Düsseldorf“, „Rhein“, „Alba“ or „Maloja“: out in the fresh air, the people here have already reached the places for which they were yearning. It is the physical proximity to the landscape in each case that turns it into something that gives them satisfaction. Communing with nature in this way involves appropriating it to some extent.
