Two Stations of the Cross:
(1) Jesus Meets the Women of Jerusalem,
(2) Jesus Is Stripped of His Garments,
oil on cardboard, each 36 x 23.5 cm, framed (2)
Based on two Stations of the Cross by Kremser Schmidt in the Parish Church of Mautern near Krems. A comparably Via dolorosa by Leopold Mitterhofer, a pupil of Kremser Schmidt, is in the Parish Church of Großweikersdorf (Lower Austria).
