1958 Wurlitzer 2250
The Wurlitzer 2250 was the successor of previous year’s 2150 model. It was mainly its design that was updated and just like its predecessor it offered a selection of 200 songs, but with a cheaper sound system than the two top-of-the-line models.
Sales of the 2250 came in at a disappointing 2,200 and did not even get close to the previous year’s 2150. Therefore, it does not come as a surprise that this model line was discontinued after only two years.
This example has been converted to 220V in the past and still presents itself in very good, cosmetically largely unrestored condition. However, we have not tried if it works and therefore it will be strictly sold as is, without any guarantee for functionality.
