Presumably it belongs to the series of views of the Helenental by Ender, which the artist drew as preliminary drawings intended for prints for the publisher Artaria & Comp. in 1825/30 (Collections des Vues, Monuments, Costumes & autres objets remarqueables de Vienne et de ses environs.)
