The variations on the same theme are distinguishing characteristics of Zukowski’s work. The work portrays a vertical version of the 1939 composition which belonged to the famous harpist Vera Dulova and can now be seen in the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow. (66 x 79.5 cm Inv. no. 1719)
