1938 Wanderer 98 cc 1 Sp., ladies’ model
This 1937 Wanderer was delivered to Tirol in October 1938. Up in the mountains, it survived the Second World War unscathed and remained with the second owner who registered it in Israel in 1949. It came to Upper Austria with the third owner, who kept it permanently registered for more than three decades until 1983. Another good 30 years later, it was purchased by the consignor, who has a distinct foible for motorcycles in an original condition. And that’s precisely what it is: original down to the very last detail, a fascinating condition! Even today it is registered with the 1938 papers. And it is ready to go immediately, of course, after its thorough refurbishment by the consignor!
