1964 Puch 500 D *
The Puch 500 was reworked for the first time in 1959, producing the 500 D. It continued as a quintessentially Graz success story, as almost 40,000 units were produced until 1968. Indeed, the 500 has been part of Austria’s cultural legacy for a long time already!
This Puch was delivered to its first owner in Styria in 1964, where it remained until this day, most recently in the collection of the sportingly ambitious consignor. Indeed, the consignor asserts that a decidedly zippy engine - built to resemble the 650 TR - works its magic at the back of the Puch. So it is certain to leave quite a few larger models trailing in its wake.
